Location Greece (Remote or Onsite opportunities available depending on the project) Your Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support in French via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Deliver accurate information about products and services. Document customer interactions using internal systems. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting quality standards.
