Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Monroe, NC | $30–$35/hr | Day & Night Shifts Available About the Company Work for a global leader in packaging manufacturing This is a large facility, is a fast-paced, growing operation with strong investment in their maintenance team and equipment. What You'll Do Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime Respond to equipment breakdowns and execute timely repairs to keep production running Conduct scheduled inspections and complete maintenance work orders accurately Collaborate with production supervisors to plan and coordinate maintenance activities Maintain parts inventory and ensure proper documentation of all maintenance work Follow all safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies What We're Looking For 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and/or PLC troubleshooting Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems a plus Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure Must be comfortable working day or night shifts as needed Forklift certification and welding experience a plus Schedule Day and night shifts available — straight shifts with competitive pay and room for overtime.
