J Rose Logistics is currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers living in California for our dedicated Southwest regional fleet. Run steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes with predictable weekly resets. THE PAY: $1,200 – $1,500 average weekly earnings Competitive CPM paid on ALL miles (loaded and empty) $20.00/hr detention and breakdown pay Steady, year-round freight (W2 position) THE HOME TIME & FREIGHT: Home Weekly: 5 to 5.5 days on the road, followed by a guaranteed 34 to 48-hour weekend reset at home. 100% No-Touch Freight: High-efficiency 70% drop-and-hook (the rest is standard live load/unload). Operating Area: Regional routes primarily throughout the Southwestern states. Take-Home Trucks: Park the truck at home during your weekly reset. THE EQUIPMENT & BENEFITS: Late-model, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models. Full insurance: Health, dental, vision, and life. Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience. Verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days. Must pass standard DOT screening (safety infractions/backgrounds reviewed case-by-case).
