Consistent Miles & Exceptional Component Pay: Reliable Earnings: Average $1,825 gross weekly (based on a steady ~1,550 miles and 2 loads per week). Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 to welcome you to the team. Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years. Physical Work: 100% touch freight. Physically demanding live unloads, box-by-box using store roller systems (averaging 2 loads per week). Safety & Compliance: Must meet all DOT drug, alcohol, and safety requirements. Accidents, tickets, and violations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis .
