About the position

Solvero Group is a holding company that unites several businesses within one group and supports them through centralized HR, Legal, IT, and Finance services. We're looking for an IT Project Manager to lead processes across our gambling platform and brands - not as a scrum master pushing tickets, but as the person who owns the business side of delivery: coordinating operations teams around the technology roadmap, and making sure the dev teams are building the right thing at the right time for the right reasons. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology. You'll spend more time aligning stakeholders, untangling cross-departmental dependencies, and managing regulatory/business timelines than you will managing developers' day-to-day work - that's what tech leads and engineering managers are for. Your job is to make sure the business context around every technical initiative is clear, prioritized, and moving forward. What You'll Do: Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives (new geo launches, payment provider integrations, licensing/market entries, promotional campaigns, platform migrations) - coordinating business stakeholders and dev teams as two sides of the same project, not managing one at the expense of the other. Act as the primary translator between business departments (Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Risk/AML, Customer Support, Payments) and Engineering - turning business requirements into structured, sequenced technical asks, and turning technical constraints back into business-understandable trade-offs. Run project governance: roadmaps, status reporting, steering committee updates - geared toward business stakeholders and leadership, not just engineering standups. Identify and resolve cross-departmental dependencies and conflicts before they become blockers Manage vendor and third-party relationships (payment providers, game aggregators, KYC providers, affiliate platforms) where integration work spans both contract/commercial terms and technical scope. Track budgets, timelines, and resourcing across initiatives, and escalate risks in business terms (revenue impact, compliance exposure, market timing) as much as technical terms. Partner with dev team leads/scrum masters on sequencing and dependencies, without owning their internal sprint mechanics. Maintain a single source of truth for "what's shipping, why, and for whom" across the business. Requirements: 4+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience, minimum 1 year preferably within iGaming, Sports Betting, FinTech, Payments, or another highly regulated industry. Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving multiple business departments and technical teams. Strong understanding of iGaming operations, including licensing, jurisdictional requirements, KYC/AML processes, responsible gaming, payment integrations, and game provider ecosystems. Experience coordinating projects involving APIs, third-party integrations, platform releases, and technical implementations. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence both business and technical teams. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have: Experience launching products or major platform features into production. Background in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Product Ownership. Experience working with payment providers, PSPs, game aggregators, or other third-party integrations within the iGaming industry. Experience presenting project updates to senior leadership or steering committees.
