French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Travel (Lisbon)

We're recruiting French speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Travel account based in Lisbon, Portugal. You'll help travellers with bookings and general trip support. Work model: On-Site. Start date: 13/Aug/26. 150 Euro language bonus. In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed. We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
