IT Systems Subject Matter Expert - SAP B1 (F&B Inventory & BOM) Location: Mandaluyong, Metro Manila Role Overview The IT Systems SME (F&B Inventory & BOM) will serve as the core technical expert bridging IT, Supply Chain, and Store Operations by maintaining SAP B1 inventory architectures, BOM structures, and new store rollouts. Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize the SAP B1 Inventory and Bill of Materials (BOM) system modules. Lead system rollouts, process standardization, and technical setup for new F&B store openings and supply chain workflows. Troubleshoot and manage data integrations between Point of Sale (POS), RMS, and ERP systems. Qualifications 3 to 5 years of specialized experience in F&B inventory systems, supply chain IT, and store rollout executions. High proficiency and hands-on technical experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) .
