ServiceNow Developer – IRM / TPRM Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Start Date: 15 August 2026 Duration: 6 months Experience: 2–4 years Contract: Contract role Role Overview We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in IRM and TPRM modules. The developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and automation while working closely with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and automations . Develop and maintain solutions within ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions. Develop scripts and customizations using ServiceNow scripting . Support implementation through source control and CI/CD pipelines . Follow coding standards, clean architecture, and development best practices. Contribute to testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement . Manage and reduce technical debt. Participate in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration. Share technical knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Mandatory Requirements 2–4 years of ServiceNow development experience . Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM and TPRM modules . Strong ServiceNow scripting skills. Experience with ServiceNow implementation projects. Good understanding of ITSM and ServiceNow integrations . Experience developing and configuring workflows . ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification. Understanding of Agile methodologies . Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) . Knowledge of coding standards and clean architecture . Understanding of IT Operations Management (ITOM) . Experience working in a multicultural environment . Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and testing practices . Experience using AI-assisted coding/development tools .
