Administrator (IKDM) for NATO with security clearance

Are you the person who makes a project's paperwork actually work? Large defence programmes live or die on their documentation: what was delivered, when, reviewed by whom, and where it is now. This role holds that line for a portfolio of air command and control projects in The Hague. What you will be doing Providing data management services across the projects, administering and updating the status of contractual documentation Managing Contract Data Requirements List documents and other project deliverables, setting review cycles, coordinating reviewers and releasing official documents Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence between project staff, national and international bodies, and contractors Analysing project correspondence and contractual deliveries against the data management guidelines Administering the collaborative online platforms and project websites, including access and content management Supporting and guiding staff on platform and website content and structure Looking after legacy project documentation, including material held in physical storage Supporting information management on secure mailboxes What you will need Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with two years of related experience, or a secondary qualification with four years At least two years in comparable duties Real experience administering project data and project correspondence Confidence creating and managing MS SharePoint sites for storage, collaboration and dissemination Working knowledge of project and data management tools Prince2 Foundation or a SharePoint power user or content admin certification is a plus Why this one is worth a look It is an organised person's job in an environment where being organised visibly matters.
