Community Liaison - Hospice Sales Location: Mesa, AZ (East Mesa Territory) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Role Overview Seeking a motivated, compassionate sales professional to build strong relationships within the healthcare community and promote hospice services. This role focuses on expanding awareness, generating referrals, and supporting families in understanding end-of-life care options. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and healthcare partners Conduct regular outreach visits to referral sources to grow awareness and trust Drive referral growth and support census expansion goals Educate healthcare professionals and families about hospice services and philosophy Guide patients and families through initial hospice conversations with empathy and clarity Strengthen provider networks and support community engagement efforts Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent relevant experience) Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales/marketing experience required Hospice or palliative care experience strongly preferred Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to work with clinical and administrative healthcare staff Prior clinical experience is a plus Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance required Compensation & Benefits $84,000–$96,000 base salary (depending on experience) $5k Sign On Bonus Uncapped commission Health, dental, and vision coverage PTO and paid holidays Tuition and certification support Wellness and discount programs Mileage, cell phone, and gym reimbursement 401(k) with company match Career growth opportunities
