We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join the team at Concentrix Porto . In this on-site role, you will provide essential customer support in Dutch and English while contributing to a dynamic team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences. What We Offer On-site position in Porto, Portugal. International and multicultural working environment. Rotational schedule covering Monday to Sunday. Two rotational days off per week. Relocation support for eligible candidates. Shared accommodation support for candidates relocating from outside Portugal. Assist customers with their enquiries and requests. Deliver clear, accurate, and helpful information. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism. Resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience. Use appropriate digital tools and systems to support customer interactions. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment. Requirements Fluent Dutch proficiency. Proficient English . Comfortable working within a 24/7 rotational schedule . Willingness to work occasional night shifts. Ability to work on-site in Porto, Portugal . Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented mindset and professional attitude. Working Conditions On-site position in Porto, Portugal . Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday. 24/7 operational coverage . Two rotational days off per week. Occasional night shifts, including shifts between 22:00 and 07:00 . Relocation support available for eligible candidates.
