Italian Chef - Luxury Caribbean Resort Italian Restaurant Chef Location: Multiple roles available across the Caribbean Salary: US$60,000 (pre-tax package which includes accommodation allowance) + relocation + work permit sponsorship (candidate only) + multiple perks We're partnering with a luxury all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean to recruit an experienced Italian Chef to lead one of its signature restaurants. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate, hands-on chef who takes pride in authentic Italian cuisine, enjoys leading teams, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury resort environment. Key responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day operations of the resort's Italian specialty restaurant Deliver exceptional guest dining experiences while maintaining the highest culinary standards Train, mentor and inspire a multicultural kitchen team Collaborate with other restaurants and culinary departments across the resort Ensure consistency, quality, food safety and operational excellence Bring a positive attitude and strong leadership presence to the kitchen every day We're looking for: Previous experience leading an Italian restaurant within a luxury hotel, resort or high-end restaurant Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques A hands-on leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for developing teams Caribbean or international resort experience is an asset What's on offer: Work permit sponsorship Relocation package for the successful candidate Competitive salary and benefits package Package details vary depending on the island and will be discussed during the interview process If you're looking to combine your passion for authentic Italian cuisine with an exciting opportunity in the Caribbean, we'd love to hear from you.
