They've raised strong institutional backing, grown to around 55 people across engineering, sales, post-sales, and go-to-market, and are now scaling their enterprise sales motion. It's an early, high-momentum team with a track record of holding onto the people it hires. Founded 2024 · ~55 people · Industry: AI Tools The Role This is a high-ownership generalist seat working as a direct extension of a senior product and post-sales leader — taking on the full range of work she doesn't have time for and freeing her to operate at far greater capacity. There's no playbook, and the scope will grow as the company scales. What you'll be doing Run recruiting coordination end to end: first-round candidate calls, interview pipeline management, and building a repeatable hiring process across teams Build and improve post-sales processes — QBR frameworks, upsell tracking, review programs, and customer success documentation Own and protect a complex executive calendar, resolving conflicts and prioritizing time across internal and external commitments Build and maintain internal dashboards and tracking to give leadership visibility into KPIs across sales, product, and engineering Prepare board decks, all-hands presentations, product updates, and other high-stakes internal communications Support outbound prospecting experiments on LinkedIn and other channels, producing content and testing what drives pipeline Requirements 1–4 years of experience in a startup or generalist operations environment A high-agency operator who's comfortable working without a playbook Strong written and verbal communication, at ease in customer- and candidate-facing conversations Able to work on-site at the San Mateo office five days a week Prior startup, banking, consulting, or product management background preferred Must be authorized to work in the US (this role does not offer visa sponsorship) Nice to Haves Prior startup operations, founder's associate, or chief-of-staff-style experience A strong academic or early-career background paired with real hunger to break into startups A track record of selling or persuading in some context Experience with outbound prospecting, LinkedIn content, or customer-facing sales workflows Why Join A direct line to senior leadership and company-wide scope from day one Series A momentum in a fast-growing category, with the enterprise sales motion scaling now An early team that people genuinely stay at Company-covered medical, FSA, 401k, lunch and dinner in office, and competitive equity Details Location: San Mateo, CA Work policy: On-site, 5 days/week (occasional remote flexibility) Compensation: $110,000–$150,000 + equity Visa sponsorship: Not available Employment type: Full-time
