Italian-Speaking Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international customer support project based in Portugal. This is a remote Customer Service role where you will support customers in Italian and English, assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer support in Italian and English. Assist customers with inquiries and service-related questions. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Recognize potential business opportunities and suggest additional services when relevant. Use digital tools and platforms effectively to manage customer interactions. Handle challenging situations professionally and work toward effective resolutions. Deliver a positive and customer-focused experience throughout each interaction. Requirements Fluent Italian language skills. Good level of English. Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service environment is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good sales and customer engagement skills. Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms. Ability to identify customer needs and potential business opportunities. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Availability to work remotely from Portugal. Working Schedule Monday to Friday. Working hours between 08:00 and 19:00 . Weekends off. Compensation & Benefits Minimum monthly gross salary: €1,000. Welcome bonus available, paid in monthly instalments during the first year of employment. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates moving from outside Portugal. Shared accommodation support may be available as part of the relocation package. Flight tickets are not included in the relocation package.
