About the position
About the role This is not a typical finance role. You will sit directly inside the CoFounder Office and work alongside the Chief Strategy Officer on the decisions that shape Pinhome's direction across all business verticals — from property transactions and home services to new market expansion, partnerships, and corporate finance. You'll be expected to think like an owner: turning messy, ambiguous problems into clear analysis, driving projects end-to-end, and influencing decisions at the company's highest level. If you want a role where your work directly moves the needle on a multi-vertical P&L and gets read by the CEO and board — this is it. What You Will Do Strategic Finance & Analysis Build and own financial models for M&A, JV partnerships, scenario planning, and commercial feasibility assessments across Pinhome's verticals Lead unit economics analysis across business lines, operating models, and geographies Own company-level budgeting analysis, ROI tracking, and strategic investment evaluation Develop investor-ready materials and support board reporting, or partnership discussion Decision Intelligence & Insights Translate raw business and operational data into sharp, decision-ready insights for the CSO and CEO Design and maintain automated dashboards and self-service tools for OKR tracking, company-wide P&L performance, and operational KPIs Apply statistical methods (forecasting, segmentation, significance testing) to validate business hypotheses across products and markets Strategic Projects Project manage high-impact cross-functional initiatives from diagnosis through execution — spanning property, home services, and emerging verticals Partner with Business, Operations, Product, and Finance leads to structure problems, run analyses, and drive accountability Serve as a thought partner and execution arm on priority strategic bets — acting as a proxy for the CSO when needed What You Will Need Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — from a top-tier university with strong academic performance 1–3 years of experience (fresh graduates with exceptional credentials are strongly encouraged to apply) Prior exposure to financial modeling, business analysis, or strategic consulting (internships count) Familiarity with data tools: Excel/Google Sheets (advanced), SQL or Python is a strong plus, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase) is a plus Sharp analytical mind with genuine business intuition — you don't just run numbers, you know what they mean Comfortable working in ambiguity with minimal guidance; you create structure where there is none Strong communicator who can distill complex analysis into a crisp narrative for senior stakeholders High ownership mentality — you treat assigned problems as your own, not tasks to check off About the team You'll join Pinhome's Strategy & CoFounders Office team, working directly with the CoFounders and CSO who oversee both the overall company strategy and P&L ownership of Pinhome. Our team operates at the intersection of all business functions, driving key strategic initiatives that shape company direction, especially profitability. The team culture emphasizes data-driven decision making, rapid execution, and collaborative problem-solving. You'll work closely with C-levels and functional leaders across the organization, gaining unique exposure to all aspects of building and scaling a multi-vertical technology platform. Team members come from diverse backgrounds including top-tier consulting firms, investment banks, and high-growth technology companies. We value intellectual rigor, operational excellence, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable results.
