English Customer Operations Specialist | Lisbon Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Start date: 17 August 2026 Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Operations Specialist to join an international technology project based in Lisbon. In this role, you will support both consumers and business users by providing professional assistance across multiple communication channels. You will help customers resolve account-related issues, answer billing inquiries, and guide them in using the platform effectively. Key Responsibilities Support customers via phone, email, and chat Handle billing and invoicing inquiries Troubleshoot account access and platform-related issues Guide customers on how to use the platform and its features Deliver timely, professional, and high-quality customer support Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements English C1/C2 Previous customer support or customer service experience is an advantage Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Customer-oriented mindset Candidates must currently be based in Lisbon EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Card is mandatory for non-EU citizens Working Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) Rotational 24/7 schedule 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break Work schedules are provided approximately 10 days in advance Training Fully paid training 15 working days Monday to Friday 8 hours per day Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Performance Bonus Meal Allowance Holiday & Christmas Allowances Private Health & Dental Insurance International Working Environment Career Development Opportunities Important Information On-site role in Lisbon Only candidates currently living in Lisbon will be considered EU Passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Card is required Candidates without the legal right to work in Portugal cannot be considered.
