We are recruiting a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse for this outstanding new practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RVN ready to lead a highly skilled nursing team while helping to shape the culture and clinical standards of a brand-new hospital. The Role As Head RVN, you will: Lead and mentor the nursing team. Ensure the highest clinical and patient care standards. Support the development of Schedule 3 nursing. Coordinate nurse training and professional development. Work closely with the veterinary and management teams. Promote a positive, supportive workplace culture. Requirements RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse. Previous leadership or senior nursing experience. Strong organisational and communication skills. Passion for coaching and developing others. Commitment to clinical excellence.
