Business Analyst We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join Agile teams working on the digital transformation and modernization of business processes and information systems. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Model business processes using BPMN and UML . Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional solutions. Support Agile/Scrum delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and execute testing activities to validate business requirements. Maintain project documentation using Confluence . Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a large organizational environment. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst . Strong knowledge of Business Requirements Gathering , BPMN , and UML . Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience with Testing , Confluence , and stakeholder management. Knowledge of BCSS/eHealth ecosystems is required. Experience working in large organizations and the public sector . Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Languages French: Native level (mandatory).
