Corporate Attorney Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote – United States Job Overview We are seeking experienced Corporate Attorneys to contribute legal expertise to an innovative AI-focused project. You will review legal documents, conduct legal analysis, and evaluate AI-generated legal content. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze M&A, private equity, capital markets, and corporate legal documents. Analyze commercial litigation scenarios and provide legal insights. Draft and review contracts, agreements, and corporate governance materials. Evaluate legal content for accuracy, clarity, and completeness. Provide expert feedback and support quality assurance. Collaborate with remote, multidisciplinary teams. Required Qualifications JD from an accredited US law school and active US bar admission. Experience as a Corporate Attorney at a leading US law firm preferred. Strong expertise in M&A, corporate law, private equity, capital markets, and commercial litigation . Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills. Strong written communication and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with legal technology, document review, or legal content evaluation. Familiarity with quality assurance or rubric-based legal review.
