Head of Construction – Dubai Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Head of Construction to lead our real estate development projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and architecture, combined with deep operational experience managing complex developments under G+Unlimited license. Key Requirements Education in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture Holder of Engineer Card with G+Unlimited license (mandatory) Minimum 10 years of experience in Dubai construction At least 7 years as Construction Director / Chief Project Engineer At least 5 years in a real estate development company At least 3 years in a general contracting company Successfully delivered minimum 2 projects under G+Unlimited license within a general contracting firm Proven experience working with authorities like Nakheel, Trakheesi, DDA, DLD , etc. Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Code and regulatory frameworks Skilled in subcontractor management and coordination of multi-trade suppliers (local + international) Proven track record in cost optimization , including: Value engineering Load/volume recalculation Modern materials & technology application What We Offer Dynamic role in a fast-growing real estate development company Office based in Business Bay Supportive, professional environment with opportunity to influence major development projects Competitive compensation based on experience Salary from 50,000.00 AED Apply now!
