Hiring: Customer Service Agent Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary: AED 4,500–5,500/month Work: On-site | Rotational Shifts Requirements: Fluent Arabic & English required Hindi/Urdu is an advantage Customer service/call center experience preferred Experience in logistics, delivery, mobility, or e-commerce is an advantage Good communication, complaint-handling, and problem-solving skills Basic computer/CRM skills Working Schedule: 6 days/week 1 rotational day off 8 working hours/day + 1-hour break Rotating shifts based on business requirements May include evenings, weekends, and public holidays
