Hungarian-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Tech (Lisbon)

We're recruiting Hungarian speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Tech account based in Lisbon, Portugal. You'll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support. Work model: On-Site. Start date: 03/Sep/26. Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad. Client prefers candidates who never worked for them before. Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor. We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Hungarian and are comfortable working in English day to day. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
